14-Day Return & Refund Policy – Internal Abundance

At Internal Abundance, we are committed to providing intentional, high-quality spiritual products and services that support your journey toward balance, positivity, and self-discovery. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Please review our 14-day return policy below before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility for Physical Products

Customers may request a return for eligible physical products within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

• Customers must contact Internal Abundance through our website's contact page or email us at internalabundance@hotmail.com to initiate a return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Customers must provide a traceable postal tracking number after shipping the returned item.

• Returned items must be shipped within the 14-day return period, unless an extension has been approved by Internal Abundance.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued within 24 hours. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Item exchanges are not accepted. Customers who wish to obtain a different product must place a new order.

2. Digital Products

All digital products, including downloadable artwork, digital wallpapers, online materials, and other electronic resources, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the immediate access and delivery of digital content, all digital product sales are final.

3. Online Services and Spiritual Consultations

Payments for completed spiritual consultations, guidance sessions, and other online services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

If an appointment is canceled in advance by either the client or the consultant before the service takes place, and payment has already been made, the client may be offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule, depending on the client's preference and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

4. Holiday Return Extensions

During the holiday season, Internal Abundance may offer additional flexibility with returns. Eligible physical items may be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt during an approved holiday return extension. Any applicable extension will be communicated to customers.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be initiated within 24 hours after the returned physical item has been received and inspected. Refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
