Refund Policy

  • Digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Online services are non-refundable once purchased, unless a session is canceled by either the client or consultant prior to the scheduled appointment.

6. Appointment Policy

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
  • Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited without refund.
  • Rescheduling may be permitted with reasonable notice, at the discretion of Internal Abundance.

7. Confidentiality

Internal Abundance respects client privacy. All information shared during sessions—whether verbal, written, or digital—is kept confidential.

Exceptions may apply if:

  • There is a reasonable belief of harm to yourself or others
  • Disclosure is required by law
